Our 1st and Cedar and Holley-Mason locations serve custom sandwiches and salads. All other locations serve pre-made sandwiches and a variety of salads. Bagels are served at all locations, and cream cheese availability varies per location.

Salads:made fresh daily with a changing variety available. Some favorites are Asian ginger noodle, three bean salad, garden pasta, southwest chicken, fresh fruit, pesto bowtie pasta, and the list goes on. Prepackaged 8 oz salads are available
Soup:made fresh daily and available at select locations. Featured favorites are tomato dill, vegetable black bean chili, chicken noodle, Sausage lentil, ham and bean, chicken gumbo, and chicken tortilla.
Sandwiches:our feature Rocket sandwiches available at all locations are made fresh daily and pre wrapped for your convenience. Our stores located at 1st and Cedar and the Holley-Mason offer build your own sandwiches on bread, bagels or wraps.
Bagels:made fresh daily in an assortment of flavors. Plain or toasted ready to schmear with plain cream cheese or one of our blended flavored cream cheeses.
- Our breakfast bagel is good anytime of day with scrambled eggs, Canadian bacon and cheddar cheese.
- Try the Lox and Cream Cheese Bagel - with smoked salmon, red onions, capers, tomatoes and cream cheese. YUM . Available at Argonne, 1st and Cedar, and Holley-Mason locations
- The pizza bagel: toasted and topped with pizza sauce and cheese. Available at select locations.
