Our Story
In the summer of 1992, we began a voyage.
It started as a dream of creating and sharing incredible coffee that we loved with our hometown - of baking delicious treats to eat with this great coffee - of working together - and the Rocket Bakery took off!
25+ years later and we still love it.
New locations, new pastries and treats, incredible customers and new adventures everyday.
