Our Story
Spokane natives Jeff and Julia had a dream of creating incredible coffee and delicious treats to share with their hometown. With this mission at heart, the Rocket Bakery took off!
The flagship Millwood location was founded in 1992. Since then, they have grown to include 5 cafes, 1 drive-thru, and a specialty grocery store, The Rocket Market.
Home of the infamous pink cookie, they serve the Spokane community scratch-made sweet and savory treats and coffee roasted in-house by their own Astro Roast Coffee Co. It’s a new adventure every day.
The Rocket is also honored to hold the title of Inlander’s Best Bakery, and has for over 25 years.
